Champion in China, Murray Wins 40th Title




Andy Murray as the winner of the China Open after defeating Grigor Dimitrov in the final round. For Murray, this is the title of champion 40th.

In the final match at the National Tennis Center on Sunday (10/09/2016), Murray still too tough to Dimitrov. World number two beat Dimitrov in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6 (7-2).

For Murray, this is his champion 40th in his career. China Open title in a fifth title was achieved along the Murray in 2016 after the champion in the Italian Open, Queen's Club Championships, Wimbledon, and the Olympics.

"This is the most consistent year of my career, cruised to the final rounds in most tournaments that I follow," said Murray told Sky Sports.

"Today's match high level. Grigor fight to the end and really make it difficult to finish the match in two sets."

"This is a superb weekend in the last few months. Now I will be looking forward to Shanghai," he said.

Of the sector's daughter, Agnieszka Radwanska emerged as winners of the China Open. Tennis player Johana Konta Pollandia bowed in the finals in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
